after 30th day, ship has enough supplies for its crew of 90 men for 40 days.
At that time enough supplies for its crew of 90 +10 = 100 men for 40*90/100 = 36 days.

If additional sailors joined on start of 30 th day , then for 31*90/100 day from the start of 30th day i.e. including 30 th day.

For simplicity, question should mention that after 30 days of the voyage 10 more sailors joined the crew.
