draw a common tangent b/n two circles
let 'R' be radius of big circle & 'r' for small circle & side of triangle = x

height of triangle = h = √3*x/2
R = h/3 = x/2√3

height of smaller triangle = (h-2R)= (h- 2h/3) = h/3 = x/2√3
r = 1/3 * (h-2R) = x/6√3

ratio = A1/A2 = R^2/r^2 = 9:1

radius of incircle is a/root3*2 and radius of circumcrcle is a/root3
a= side of equilateral triangle
ratio =pi(a/root3)^2:pi(a/root3*2)
so answer is 4:1
