x=782*12/23=408
fist part is: (1/2)x=408/2=204

Given Ratio is 1/2:2/3:3/4

Lcm of 2 3 4 is 12 MULTIPLY Each bY 12

1/2*12 :2/3*12 : 3/4*12

now we Get ratio 6:8:9

782*6/23 = 204 Answer :)

first we hav to convert the ratio into whole nos
lcm of 2,3,4 is 12
then ratio becomes 6:8:9
add the ratios 6+8+9= 23
we can make 23 division in Rs. 782
782/23=rs.34(one division in 23 divisions)
first part has 6 divisions as in given ratio
so multiply , 6*34= Rs 204
ans: Rs 204

Sum of ratios= 1/2 + 2/3 + 3/4 =(6+8+9)/12 = 23/12
therefore,First part is,
=((1/2)/(23/12))*782 =(6/23)*782 =34*6=204

so 1st part is = 782*12/28*2=168
