Answer=21...This is because we get the value as sum of the total no of characters used.....In 'DELHI' there are 5 characters so value=1+2+3+4+5=15 also in 'RAJASTHAN' there are 9 characters so value=1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9=45.So 'MUMBAI' there are 6 characters so value=1+2+3+4+5+6=21...So option will be 2)21....

rajasthan=92->92-2/2=45

ans=21 because delhi=1+2+3+4+5 similarly rajasthan gives 45 and mumbai gives 21

DELHI- 4 5 12 8 9=sum of last digit=28,28-no of letter=28-5=23->2+3=5.
So last digit should be 5
RAJASTHAN -18 1 10 1 14 15 8 1 14=32-9=23->2+3=5
MUMBAI- 13 16 13 2 1 9->24-6=18->8+1=9
sO LAST DIGIT SHOULD BE 9. so answer is none

because delhi 5 letters so1+2+3+4+5=15
rajasthan is 9 letters so 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9=45
so mumbai 6 letters therefore ans is 1+2+3+4+5+6=21
ans is 21

for delhi its 5*6/2=15
rajasthan is 9*10/2=45
