As in the above question it is said that the two persons are working independently....

it means both persons are not supporting each other....

so A will complete one publication in 12 hrs....

And B will complete in 10 hrs....

total time will be 12 hrs....

within this period A will also complete one publication and B will also complete another publication within this 12 hrs.....

options are wrong..

a)A one day work=1/12
B one day work=1/10
so that 1/12+1/10=60/11
therfore it time taken by the 2 publications independently=5.45
