ANSWER==> 7
number between 1 to 251 which is not divisible by 2,3,5,7 are clearly prime numbers. Again numbers should not be prime numbers so the must composed of only prime factors.
prime numbers after 2,3,5,7 are 11,13,17,19,23.....
The numbers are
11*11=121
11*13=143
11*17=187
11*19=209
13*13=169
13*17=221
13*19=247

@ abhiav 1 is also not a prime no..the how it is 7

as per the question ... the no shuld be not divisible by 2,3,5,7 and not be prime.. so there should be multiple by 11,13,17,19..
like..
(11*11),(11*13),(11*17),(11*19),(13*17),(13*19),(13*13)
so total no is 7.

@mukesh the ans lie in between 1 and 251 but not including these no. so 1 wiil be not included in the ans.. so the ans is 7
