property : we can shift the coordinates
so making A as (0,0) then we have to subtract 3,2 from each
new coordinates
A(0,0), B(8,6), C(5,10)

now applying, area = 0.5 * (x1*y2 - x2*y1)
= 0.5*(8*10-6*5)
= 0.5*50
= 25
area = 25 square units.

where ax,ay;bx,by;cx,cy are the x and y coordinates of the given vertices.
