single digit number A,B,C are in GP.
So possible combinations are (1 2 4),(1 3 9),(2 4 8),(4 6 9),(4 2 1),(9 3 1),(8 4 2),(9 6 4)

For abs(A+B-C) we get 1,5,2,1,5,11,10,11

so we get 5 different possible value
answer is 5.

Single digit number means integer. Either positive or negative. GP are 1 2 4 ,2 4 8, 1 3 9. Similarly -be. Hence total numbers of such GPs are 6

considering A,B,C to be 1,2,4 respectively we get A+B-C as -1 and the value of Abs(A+B-C) is -1. Similarly when we interchange the values we would get a single solution for each possible way. The number of ways the number could be interchanged is 3 and so the number of possible values of abs(A+B-C) is 3(option 2)

Since A+B-C there are 3 places and 3 single digit no. must be placed there so, 3! no.of ways ans: 6
