sw, we can consider 0 at first place.
so it should be 6*6*5*4*3= 2160

Sorry for my previous answer which was wrong.
Correct answer is 1800.
We have to form code of 5 digits using 7 digits from 0 to 6.

Number of ways to fill ten thousand place= 5 ; because we cant use 0 & 4 According to question. Use digits are 1,2,3,5,6.
Number of ways to fill thousand place= 6 ; Use digits are 0,1,2,3,4,5 .One digit is used in ten thousand place.
Number of ways to fill hundred place= 5 ; use digits are 0,1,2,3,4.
Number of ways to fill ten place= 4 ;
Number of ways to fill ones place= 3 ;
Total Codes= 5*6*5*4*3=1800.

they are asking about 5 digit code,not about 5 digit number. so 0 also can come at starting position.

so,answer will be, 6*6*5*4*3 = 2160 i.e. option B

There can be 6 possible GP sequences:
1 ,2 ,4 and 4, 2, 1
2, 4, 8 and 8, 4, 2
1, 3, 9 and 9, 3, 1
Corresponding values for abs(a+b-c) are 1, 5, 2, 10, 5, 11
so ans=6
