we need team members=11 such that there should not be more than 3 men
so the conditions are (3M,8W),(2M,9W),(1M,10W)
Now, no. of ways=11c11+5c3*11c8+5c2*11c9+5c1*11c10=2256

11 members from 5 men and 11 womes
1) step----- 11c11(here 0 man)
2) step 5c1*11c10(means 1 man out of 5 and 10 women out of 11)
3) step ---------5c2* 11c9(means 2 man out of 5 and 9 women out of 11)
4) step 5c3*11c8(means 3 man out of 5 and 8 women out of 11)
in above question not more than 3 man so ans
will 11c11+(11c10*5c1)+(11c9*5c2)+(11c8*5c3)=2256

in this question its not given at most 3 men..
so, we cant take 11c11 bcz 3 men r there in the group.
therefore
(5c3)*11c8=150
