so there are four places for digits i.e _ _ _ _
for the first place, there are 7c1 possible values (i.e. 1,2,4,5,7,8,9) = 7
for second place , there are 8c1 values (0,1,2,4,5,7,8,9) so = 8
for third place , there are 8c1 values (0,1,2,4,5,7,8,9) so = 8
for fourth place , there are 8c1 values (0,1,2,4,5,7,8,9) so = 8
so total numbers are
7 * 8 * 8 * 8 = 3584 no.
