3/5 work in 9 day - george
whole work in (9*5)/3 = 15 day
remaining work = 1-3/5 =2/5

both of them done 2/5 of work in 4 day
both together complete whole work in = (4*5)/2 = 10 day

1/george +1/paul =1/10
1/15 +1/paul = 1/10
1/paul = 1/10 - 1/15
= (3-2)/30 = 1/30
hence paul complete whole work in 30 days.

george takes 15 days to complete the wrk
they have to do 2/5 wrk
in 4 days
thus
4/15 + 4/x = 2/5 where x is of paul. x=30

george completes the whole work in 15 days in one day 1/15
and both of them complete remainin 2/5 work in 4 days it means in one day they finish 1/10 work
so 1/george+1/paul=1/10;
paul=30 days

3/5 work for george in 9 days , so in 1 one he will do (3/5)/9=1/15, so in 4 days he will do 4/15, assume poul does x in one days so 4x in 4 days. So 4x+1/15=1-3/5
x=1/30.
So answer is 30.
