m1 can be = 1,4,9;
m2 can be = 1,4,9;
now combination are:
1:11
4:14
4:41

16:44

m1 m2 h
1 1 1,4,9,16 -->4
1 4 4,16 -->2
1 9 9 --->1
4 1 4,16 ---->2
4 4 4,16 -->2

So, the answer is 11

combinations--
for m1 m2
(14,19,49,41,11,44)
for each h, we get 6 value of m1m2
therefore total 6*4=24 combinations..

1.41,
1.11
1.44
like this for h=4,9,16...we get 6*3=18+6=24
