3 step for tall man and 5 steps for short man. after this they both right foot together.

Tall : 0 L R L R
Short: 0 L R L R L R

There is no chance to "both stepping out on the right foot together".
Bcoz,
assume that
1 foot length of tall=15m, short=10m
i.e., 2 step of tall man = 3 step of short man
DRAW DIAGRAM ANALYSE IT.
There's a chance(Tall, Short) for
(L,R) @30m,
(L,L) @60m AND REPEATS.

SO, NO CHANCE FOR (R,R) COMBO
