ans: 3 L
Exp:
15*1/5=3L water
15*4/5=12L Milk
now, to add x L milk
3/12+x=1/5
after solve it
x=3

Water=1/5 milk=4/5
(1/5)*15litres = 3litres of water
(4/5)*15litres = 12litres of milk
Now we know water quantity is same only milk is added so,
1:5
(1/5)*x=3litres
X=18 litres
(5/6)*18 = 15litres of milk
15-12= 3 litres
There the answer is 3 litres of milk is added
