Considering the order of the cards, we should use permutation for finding the sample space.
Therefore, the sample space is 52P2 = 2652

If the first card is Ace of hearts and the second card should one out of the 51 cards, therefore we have 51 combinations with the first card.
So, Probability of first card being ace of hearts = 51/2652
Similarly, Probability of secondcard being ace of hearts = 51/2652

Summing up both, we get 102/2652 = 1/26 = 0.038 ~= 0.04
