ans=108 days
First Group===>20 m1(men)--12 hours/day--24 days
20 men will complete inn 12*24 hours
Second Group===>60 m2(men)--4 hours/day--x days
60 m2 commplete in 4*x hours
2 m1*1=3 m2*3/2==>m2=4 m1/9
60*4 m1/9 complete in 4*x hours
20 m1-------12*24
60*4/9 m1-------4*x
20*12*24=60*4/9*4*x
x=54 days

108 days
