The answer is (c)
P(A happens)= 2/(3+2)=2/5
P(A does not happen)= 1-P(A happens)=1-2/5= 3/5
Similarly P(B happens)= 2/7 and P(B doesnt happen)=5/7
P(atleast one happens)=P(A happen and B doesnt happen) OR P(B happens and A doesnt happen) OR P(A And B both happen)= (2/5*5/7)+(2/7*3/5)+(2/5*2/7)=20/35=4/7
