100-199: 1st place is for 1,second could be any of 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, 3rd could be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9=1*9*9 cases.=81
200-299:2nd place is for 2,second could be any of 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7, 3rd could be 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9=1*8*8 cases.=64
