Ans: 12.5 days

If 1 day work of a man=m and a boy=b, then
2m + 3b =1/10 ----(i) and
3m + 2b =1/8 ----(ii)
On solving (i) and (ii), m=7/200, b=1/100
So 2 men and 1 boy's 1 day work= (2*7/200)+(1/100)=8/100=2/25
Hence they can complete the work in 25/2=12.5 days

By applying this formula ,M1*D1=M2*D2
2men and 3 boys=10.....(i)
3 men and 2 boys=8.......(ii)
Therefore, 20m+30b=24m+16b
14b=4m
2m=7b
2m and 1b=?
7b and 1boy(since 2m=7b)
by substituting 2m=7b in equation 1 we get
10 boys in 10 days
again applying m1*d1=m2*d2,
we get, 10*10=8*x
x=12.5 days
