It's nice Observation Mr.Kuldeep

But in my point of view, answer is 19 5 17 21 5 14 3 5.

Because, in the question itself i give tat SEQUENCE is incomplete.Complete that.. So,
S = 19th letter
E = 5th letter
Q = 17th letter
U = 21st letter
E = 5th letter
N = 14th letter

C = 3rd letter
E = 5th letter

Any how, ADMIN also see in your point of view.. Nice :-)

its a pair of 3 numbers..2nd number remains constant,1st increases by 2 and 3rd decreases by 3.
