1,2 and 5 are same equations 2x^2+10X+12 the solution of this eqn. x=-3,-2
3 is x^2+6x+9=0 solution x=-3
4 is 2x^2+7x+9=0 gives no real solution of x
answer is 4

4)(x+1)(2x+3)+2(x+3) is not equal to other parts.

as value of constant in other expressions is 12
but in this case, value of constant is 9.

answer is 4)(x+1)(2x+3)+2(x+3)
1,2,3 and 5 are same equations. Because,
2x^2+10X+12 the solution of this eqn. x=-3,-2
Substitute x=-3 in 1,2,3,4,5
1=> 2(-3)(-3+5)+12=0
2=>2(-3)(-3+3)+3(-3+4)+-3=0
3=>(-3+3)2+(-3+1)(-3+3)=0
4=>(-3+1)(2(-3)+3)+2(-3+3)=6
5=>2(-3+1)(-3+3)+2(-3+3)=0
So ans is option 4
