379 is the answer.
taking difference between adjacent terms we get,22 42 68 100
again taking difference we get, 20,26,32. here next differences are 38,44 etc.
so in the row corresponding to first differences the next terms are 138,182 etc.
so the answer is 241+138=379

9 = 1^2 + 2^3
31 = 2^2 + 3^3
73 = 3^2 + 4^3
141 = 4^2 + 5^3
5^2 + 6^3 = 241
So
6^2 + 7^3 = 379
