The day is Thursday.

Reason:
A lie days = Mon, Tue, Wed. So, A truth days = Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
B lie days = Thu, Fri, Sat. So, B truth days = Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed

Thursday = A says truth and B says Lie.
So, A says Yesterday is my lie day(truth), B too says that Yesterday is my lie day(lie).
