let her grand child age is x days.
then hers daughters age is x weeks and her age is x years.
thus x + 7x + 365 x= 365*130
thus x= 127.2 days

Let the ages of grandmother, her daughter and the grandchild be x, y and z respectively in years.

z in days = y in weeks
z*365 =y*52 ...(i)

Similarly, z in days = x in years
z*365 = x ... (ii)
Also, x + y + z = 130 ... (iii)

Substituting the values of x, y and z in equation (iii) we get,
365*z + (365/52)*z + z = 130
Solving this we get z = 0.3485 in years = 127 days
So the child is 127 days old.
