let the price of the ticket be 100 initially so after discount, the price becomes 70 $ that is we get 30 $ as discount .
now the price of the ticket increases by 50% then the price of the ticket is 150$.
here dollar amount of discount remains same so, we get percentage discount on new ticket by
(30/150)*100=20%

If a price of a ticket=x, discount Mark got =0.3x
New price of ticket=(150/100)*x=1.5x and discount is same=0.3x
% discount received on new price=0.3x*100/1.5x =20
