Impossible case.

In no case, year starting with Tuesday will end with Monday.

ANS: not a leap year

There are 365 days usually in a year
and, there are 366 days in a leap year.
So, 52*7=364
Hence, there are 52 weeks and a extra day in usual year.
So, there are 2 extra days in a leap year.
If a leap year starts with TUESDAY, after 52weeks i.e.,364th day it is MONDAY
Hence 366th day is WEDNESDAY
So, in the above question it is not a leap year

Every non-leap year ends with the same day it starts with. So a leap year would end with the next day it starts with as it has one extra day. Therefore this is an impossible case.

ITS DEFINITELY LEAP YEAR.....FOR NON LEAP YEAR STARTS AND ENDS WITH SAME DAY.....365TH DAY=1ST DAY+364DAYS
364 days means 52 weeks and same day comes after 52 weeks
