since given that the least number is 5... let it be multipled by 3... it would give 15... so when we add or subtract or divide the required numbers, the result must be 15 as well!! so the numbers are... 12(12+3=15),18(18-3=15),45(45/3=15)..
15+12+18+45=80...
therefore the highest number is 40.

x+y+z+w=80
(x+3)=(y-3)=3z=w/3...........eqn 1
since this all give the same value, so it will be equal.
x=(w/3)-3
y=(w/3)+3
z=w/9
put these in eqn 1
(w/3)-3+ (w/3)+3 +w/9+w=80
16w/9=80
w=45
now x=12,y=18,z=5,w=45

above question might wrong bcz number should b 90.. or option should given there..

Here the lowest no will be the one which is multiplied.
so the same value for all the divisions of 80 after performing operation is:5*3=15
The highest no is the one which is divided.So highest no is:15*3=45

x+y+z+q=80
x+3=a
y-3=a
z*3=a
q/3=a
(a-3)+(a+3)+a/3+3a=80
16a/3=80
a=15
given least num is 5 substitute a value in above eqn then u will get highest num is 45.
