@shweta madam.... why to take the probability of lying and non-5 chances? If we consider that we including not actually 5 probability also...

it's simply...
the probability of the man says true=4/5
the probability of 5 on a die=1/6
so the probability that he reported is actually 5=(4/5)*(1/6)=2/15

1/6 *4/5 + 5/6 *1/5 = 4/30 + 5/30 = 9/30
