initialy-8 0 0
1) 3 5 0

(2^n)-1 is formula
2^3 -1=7 steps

for this kind of question ...
formula is
2^(no of bucket) -1= will give u minimum no of steps
(2^3 -1) = 7

guys read the question carefully initially 8lt bucket is filled so
b1 b2 b3
3 5 0
6 2 0
6 0 2
1 5 2
1 4 3 (here fill the gap in b3 with one lt of b2)
4 4 0
so 6 steps
