p=1, q=11, r=2, s=12, final ans=0.2575

(P/Q)+(R/S) will be minimum when the two fractions will be minimum.
The value P/Q will be minimum when the denominator Q is maximum and numerator P is minimum.
Since P,Q,R,S are distinct numbers, the denominators Q and S both can't be 12. So, taking the two highest values, let Q=11, R=12.
Similarly, the numerators P and R will be the lowest possible values. So, let P=1, S=2 so that both the fractions remains minimum.
Hence, the minimum possible value of the given expression is: (1/11)+(2/12)= 0.2576

i don't understand the solution ..... if we take p=1,q=2,r=3,s=4 since they are distinct no. then ans is different.... plz explain

I think p,q,r,s must be distinct here. P=1,Q=12,R=2,S=11.... ans=0.265..... And if they can hold the same number then SWEETI was correct.

@Akanksha Pandey .....minimum possible value is asked ....so u cant, take values as 1,2,3,4.....refer to soln of Nagraj

Minimum value will be 1/12 + 1/12 = 0.13
Because to get the minimum value from any fraction the denominator needs to be the maximum and the numerator needs to be the minimum . So , that's y we used the same concept for this question
