ans is 99.
53=8*5+(8+5)
62=6*8+(6+8)
?=9*9+(9+9);

so 9*9+(9+9)=99.

It will be 90 as simpe,
8-5=3 5 53 8 here 5 is copied from first
8-6=2 6 62 8 here 6 is copied from first
9-9=0 9 90 9 here 9 will be copied from first.

IT should be 90
as there is last row is nothing but the additin of middle numbers..
and every first digit of these middle numbers is same as first column number for the same row.
so for first row so 5+3=8 and 5 is same from the first column
similarly for second row 6+2= 8 and 6 is from first column
and finally 9+0= 90 and 9 from the first row..
therefore the answer should be 90
