10 years ago the family members there were 6 members with age= I+Father+Wife+3 others
Now 6 members with age= (I+10)+(Wife +10)+ (3 others+3*10) + (baby=0).
I+Father+Wife+3 others=(I+10)+(Wife +10)+ (3 others+3*10) + (baby=0)
Father =50+0 = 50 = Father's age 10 year ago
So now father's age=50 +10=60.
