because total connections=240
now if we think all the the homes have at least two connections, then total connections=100*2=200
so, minimum flats having3 connections=240-200=40

Suppos there are 100 houses numbered from 1-100.
1. According to first condition, 93 flats have Wi-Fi connection. So we suppose first 93 houses numbered from 1-93 have Wi-Fi connection.
2. According to second condition, 62 flats have landline telephone. So we suppose 62 houses numbered from 39-100 have landline telephone.
So we have 45 houses common which have 2 facilities common numbered from 39-93.
2. According to third condition, 85 flats have AC. So we suppose 85 houses numbered from 1-38, 93-100 & left 40 AC could be assigned to any 40 houses out of 45 houses numbered from 39-93.

That means 40 houses have all the three facilities.
