after 12 o'clock 12:21.......=1
from 1 to 9 it is 1.01, 1.11, 1.21, 1.31, 1.41, 1.51.= 6
similarly 2.02,2.12,.................
6*9=54+1=55
after 10 o'clock 10:01, 11:11
Ans: 55+2=57

1.01, 1.11, 1.21, 1.31, 1.41, 1.51
similarly upto 9 it has 54 palindromes and in addition to this 10.01, 11.11,12.21
Therefore totally 57

the ans is 57..because from 12:00 to 1:00 there are only one palindrome and this is 12:21.
from 1:00 to 2:00 there are 6 palindrome this are 1:01,1:11,1:21,1:31,1:41,1:51
so 2:00 to 3:00,3:00 to 4:00,4:00 to 5:00,5:00 to 6:00,6:00 to 7:00,7:00 to 8:00 ,8:00 to 9:00,9:00 to 10:00 also have 6 palindromes.
from 10:00 to 11:00 have 1 palindrome and 11:00 to 12:00 have 1 palindrome..
total no of palindrome=(6*9)+3=57

Consider 1'O clock it is 1.01, 1.11, 1.21, 1.31, 1.41, 1.51.= 6
similarly 2.02,2.12,.................
6*9=54+1=55
after 10 o'clock 10:01, 11:11
Answer: 55+2=57

ans is 12
becoz start with 1 so palindrome is--1.01
for 2--2.12
3--3.23
4--4.34
5--5.45
6--6.56
7--7.67(no such time)
so from noon to midnight 6 palin+6 palin=12 palin

from 1 to 9 will be 6*9+1*2(from 10 t0 12)=56 palindroms

for every hour 6 times in 24 hours 24*6=144

from 12 to 1 = 12:21--------=1
after 1 till 9
after 1= 1:01,1:11,1:21,1:31,1:41,1:51 --------=6
similarly for 2 to 9
hence ---------6*9=54
after 10=10:01----------=1
after 11=11:11-----------=1
hence 1+54+1+1=57(ans).
