mean of (3,0,-3,0,3)=3/5
mean of (3,-3,3,-3,3)=3/5
mean of (3,3,3,3,3)=3
mean of (-3,-3,-3,-3,-3)=-3
s.d of (3,3,3,3,3) & (-3,-3,-3,-3,-3) is same
and s.d(3,-3,3,-3,3)>s.d(3,0,-3,0,3)
so option 2 is correct

the standard deviation measures the amount of variation or dispersion from the average.A low standard deviation indicates that the data points tend to be very close to the mean (also called expected value); a high standard deviation indicates that the data points are spread out over a large range of values...
so knowing this definition , from option we see that #3 and #4 has no variation(since only one number) so option 3 and 4 are rejected . for option
1 and 2 mean is 3/5 , we can see option #2 in comparisonto #1 has more deviation from avg.(as there are more occurence of -3 and 3 from mean) so option 2 is correct.
