3 km road can be made by working (10*24*8)hrs by 180 men
1km............................................................................... 180/3 men
1km.....................................................1 hr...................{180*(10*24*8)}/3 men
12km.............................................................................{180*(10*24*8)*12}/3men
12km...................................................(30*24*9)hrs....{180*(10*24*8)*12}/{3*(30*24*9)}men
=640/3 men
extra men needed=640/3-180=100/3 men
now,
2 men=3 boys
1men=3/2 boys
100/3men=(3/2)*100/3 boys
=50 boys(answer)

working 1 hour extra a day can build (9/8 )* 3 =3.375 km i.e, .375 km extra of what is done in first 10 weeks .so, in remaining 30 weeks 180 men do extra 1.125 km work, so left work =1.875(extra)
boys= 3/2 * men needed
work done by men (needed) in 30 weeks = work done by 180 men in 50 weeks working 1 hour a day
so, men needed =180 * 50 * 1/(30 * 9)= 33.333
boys=1.5 * 33.33333=50

total men = 180*10*8*12/30*9*3=640/3
extra ,men 640/3-180 =100/3
extra boys=100/3 *3/2=50
