ans Man age 29 and son age 5.
according to question
x=Man, y=son then 2 year ago (x-2)=3(y-2)^2
3 year hence (x+3)=4(y+3)
by sloving this equation we get 3y^2-16y+5=0
and roots of equation y = 5 and 13 (which is not possible).
then y=5 put this value in equation we get x=29.
