5men=8 women
1man=8/5 woman
now,
3men*10days+5women*10days=3*8/5*10+5women*10=98women days
98 women day=X wmonen*14 days
X=98/14=7(answer)

5M=8W......so,1M=8/5 W
it takes 3M and 5 W to finish the job in 10 days
so 3M+5W=1/10......substituting 1M=8/5 W we get,
3*8/5w+5w=1/10 by computing this we get W= 1/98 i.e in 98 womens are required to finish the job in 1 day

98W= 1 day
x W = 14 days

you will get x=7 by crossmultiplication

here m=8/5w
now 3*(8/5)*10+5*10*w=98
so for 14 day it will be 98/14=7

Totally we have 8 women
for 10 days=5 women
then for 14 days=(5/10)*14=7
