we will get the result.
15+8+1=24
ALI-->1+12+9=22
URES-->21+118+5+19=63
So for YASHAR,
ASHA-->1+19+8+1=29

Add the number corresponding to the middle alphabets

MOHAN = 15+8+1 = 24

mohan o+h+a=24
salim a+l+i=22
suresh u+r+e+s=63
yashar a+s+h+a=29

so answer is 29
