Cost of share = 2492.5 * 180 = 448650
Brokarage = 448650 * .4/100 * 1.2 = 2153.52
Total cost of purchase = 450803.52
Cost of share = 2675*180 = 481500
Brokarage with tax = 481500 * .4/100 * 1.2 = 2311.20
Total cost of sell = 479188.80
Profit = 479188.80 - 450803.52
= 28385.28

Simple calculation:
CP = 450803.52
SP = 479188.80
SP - CP = 28385.28

selling price=180*2675=481500
brokerage+20% during purchasing=2153.52
brokerage+20% during selling=2311.20
total profit=481500-2153.52-2311.20-448650=28385.28

At the time of buy brokerage is (2492.5*0.4)=9.97 Rs/- & tax (9.97*0.2)=1.994 Rs/-
So he has to payment total(2492.5+9.97+1.994)=2504.464 Rs/- at the time of purchase
For selling purpose the total brokerage is(2675*0.4)=10.7 Rs/-and tax is(10.7*0.2)=2.14 Rs/-
So the total selling price becomes(2675-10.7-2.14)=2662.16 Rs/-
the profit is (2662.16-2504.464)*180=28385.28 Rs/-

=(0.4/100)*2492.5 = 9.97

20% addition tax on brokarage
=9.97+(0.2*9.97) = 11.964
for 180 shares, 180*11.964 = 2153.52--------------------(1st incentives)


1 share selling cost=2675 then 180 shares cost= 481500

since brokarage is 40 paisa per 100 rupee then for 2675 how much so,
=(0.4/100)*2675 = 10.7

20% addition tax on brokarage
=10.7 + (0.2*10.7) = 12.84
for 180 shares, 180*12.84 = 2311.2----------------------(2nd incentive)

so total profit =selling price - cost price-(additional incentives)=481500-448650-(2153.52+2311.2)

Actual Profit=Total earnings from Selling- [purchase price+purchase cost +selling cost]=481500-[448650+2153.52+2311.2]=28385.28
